Aryon was established in 2023 by a financial services executive with 25 years of experience spanning consulting and senior leadership roles within major banks. That career was defined by large-scale transformation programmes — the kind that reshape how institutions operate, compete, and manage risk.
The work centred on two domains where the stakes are highest: technology-led transformation and financial crime. Payments modernisation, AML programme design, regulatory remediation, and the application of emerging technology to complex compliance and operational challenges.
Aryon was founded because there is a gap in the market. Large consulting firms bring scale but not always depth. Independent advisors bring flexibility but not always the credibility that comes from having sat on the other side of the table. Aryon was built to occupy that space — senior, specialist, and genuinely accountable for outcomes.
